Annual Inventory Count at the Pandrup & Concord Facilities
Due to Annual Inventory Count at the Pandrup and Concord facilities please note that shipping of eShop orders will be set on hold in following period.
For Spare Parts delivered from Pandrup in Denmark from:
Friday, October 04, 10:00 DK time through Wednesday October 9, 2019.
For Spare Parts delivered from Concord in USA from:
Friday, September 27, 01:00 AM PST through Friday October 4, 2019.
The above mentioned will be applicable for all Sales, Spare Parts, Advance Replacement and Repairs shipments. In addition smaller delays will occur on repair units.
In this period you can still use the eShop and place orders, but you will not receive the order confirmation before we have activate the automatic system again.
Should a high emergency situation arise for Spare Parts in this period, please contact one of our TSP Partners to see if they can help.
